Jailbreak

Are there certain times that the Jailbreak server open's up? GMT british time if you can convert it.

The earliest it opens is at 12 PM EST, and it can't be opened past 12 AM EST.
So 5 PM GMT and 5 AM GMT.

give it time, patience is the key for waiting for JB

it opens once a staff goes on and opens it, so most likely every day of the week, sometimes it stays down if something goes wrong.
