It was 100 from the easter event, but easter eggs were only on the Manoyama map so it was harder to get them. This year you can find presents on all the maps so I had to increase the price.
It's guaranteed to give you a hat that you don't already own, and you can't get a hat you wouldn't normally be able to buy.
