Sizable police forces are coming very soon, the Vigilante forces will get stronger, the bank guards are dead, etc. The situation is getting tense.

Dimitri is unable to intervene in the heist at the moment unless the Crimson Mafia forces at the bank sends out a distress signal to the Russian Bratva.
So he goes to the Black Market, but he is wondering what exactly should he buy.
That is when a few potential buyers see your shipment of Veprs and Fort-12s and offer you some trades.

Angela checks the lobby. Unfortunately, the gunmen killed every single civilian so no leverage remains.
The third wave of vigilantes and the first wave of police arrive. The vigilantes start fighting the police, since some of them were friends or relatives of the massacred civilians, and they want to personally kill the heist crew and not let the police get them.
Vitaly has successfully stolen all the money in the vault. With Milo's assistance, they bring the money to the humvee.
With all the work done, the entire heist crew gets in the humvee. They run over all the vigilantes and police fighting in the parking lot.
Police Priority: 5 stars SWAT are deployed. More FBI are deployed. Essentially, be careful of military-esque police that can wipe all of you out with ease, as well as secret police that can be hiding ANYWHERE. SWAT and FBI are gradually replacing regular cops in fighting the crew. Hey, atleast you didn't get 6 stars and summon the military... right? i think they will have a problem with the humvee and military-grade guns
Vigilante Priority: 5 stars All Vigilantes in Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Tempe, West Mesa, North Scottsdale, and South Scottsdale are coming to try to take you out, and in huge, well-armed groups.
Here are your options:
- Try to make it back to HQ. In HQ, you can store all your spoils, but then you have to defend the HQ.
- Call in Russian Bratva assistance. The Russian Bratva, having stronger forces, may divert police attention, lowering your police and maybe vigilante priority.
- Try to hide. This has the highest chance of success, but some of your belongings and equipment may be at risk.
- Try to go far away. This is the easiest way to lose the Police Priority, but has a low chance of success. This will cause the Vigilante Priority to decay as well if it succeeds.
- Go to a garage. You can hide the humvee in the garage and get in another car, but chances of success vary. However, the humvee will be at the mercy of the garage owner, so try to convince him to keep it for Brandon or for you guys.
- Go to a safe place to change outfits. This will definitely remove suspicions from all the involved characters, but the humvee, the money, and the weapons/items/equipment that you have will still cause suspicion and are still looked after by the cops.

C. Den Brit kills silently 3 guards, then put on their uniforms. Infiltrate in whoever the Don is, and try to taze him. If we can't taze him, then just shoot him. After we shot/taze him, kill any guards near him and seek cover.
Den heads back to the bathroom then radios in to Don Lucci.
Den (over radio): Hey, don't release the Lucci army yet. My plan is to kill 3 guards, so me and the Will Brothers disguise as them and assassinate Don Loranzio. Over.
Den continues on her way to find the Don, avoiding the screaming from that room.
She finds another guard walking down the next hallway tho. Instead of seducing him, since the seduction room is fucked up, she takes out her long knife and prepares to take down the guard.
The guard nears the corner, than goes the opposite direction from Den, he is heading for the bathroom where Den murdered the two guards.
Den silently rushes to him, and performs a backstab, killing him. Now she has 3 uniforms, so she puts on the cleanest one she has, cleans the other two, and heads outside to John and Bronzo.
Disguise for John Will, Bronzo Will, and Den Brit: Loranzio mobster
They enter the mansion, this time from the guarded front entrance.
Guard: Hello, fellow Lorie! What do you need?
Bronzo: We have a mission from the Don.
Guard: Make haste.
The mobsters run around, trying to locate the Don.
But then, they see a mobster rushing for some place. They follow him. This leads to a sort of library. The doors shut immediately. Upon trying to open it, they are locked.
Why would a LIBRARY of all things be locked?

Although still in the humvee, the Russian Bratva is drawing police attention away from looking out for the humvee to appear once again by instigating a short battle with one of the police forces meant to attack the crew. Thus it is harder for the police priority to rise up due to just the humvee driving around (and not gunning down or destroying anything)
