COCAINE: One bag is around $1000-4000. Plenty of demand, however there will be fierce competition from the Mexican and Colombian cartels and their middlemen: the Latino Street Kings and the Forzudos. If those gangs are defeated in a gang war, you can thrive off of the cocaine trade a lot more.
METH: One bag is around $1000-3000. Demand is highest in rural areas and ghettos. There is a truely competitive market there as there are many small-scale meth suppliers, all of which have variable quality.
WEED: One bag is around $500-2000. Lots of demand everywhere, mostly in urban areas and ghettos. Since weed may become legalized in Arizona, there will be a lot of dispensaries that can end up putting the cartels and other current suppliers out of business there.
HEROIN: One needle is $600-1000. Almost no supply of it at the moment, but there is a medium level of demand from rural areas. It is a perfect market to start up in and make a quick buck.
KROKODIL: One needle is $3000-6000. Almost no demand due to the horrifying nature of the drug, and almost no supply either except from rare imports from Russia.
LSD: One bag is around $2500. Some demand, but there is only one supplier, which is known for making low-quality LSD, so there is demand for higher-quality LSD. Another good market to cash in.
PCP: Similar to LSD, but one bag is at $3500, and the current sole supplier is more reputable, so it is a little bit more challenge for a little bit more bucks.

set up a meth lab near the upper floors, but bring a few guns just in case people are there (unless there's LITERALLY nobody)
set up a LSD farm near the bottom floor or in the basement, and have guns stored away somewhere safe
if theres a cold area have that be our storage area for guns, ammo, and drugs
board up most of the windows and doors to make sure nobody can see whats going on, but have an entrance/exit hidden somewhere in the back i guess
