Take note of the gang areas. (Yes this map is a little bit different from the previous gang maps. This was due to gang wars within the Mafias and Triads, and the Russian Bratva pulling out of Chandler.)

Blue lines are highway patrol presences.
Orange lines are roadwork, aka highway patrol can possibly be there to direct traffic.

Bump

I mapped the areas of Phoenix and Tucson, without any gangs

Angela has a megaphone tho.

Angela: Alright, sorry asses listen up! Cease fire!

Some SWAT cease shooting.

Angela: So I assume you want those hostages alive? Here's the deal. We just found out some very interesting information for you.

SWAT: COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP!

Angela: Not so fast tough guy.. We release hostages, give you info, and half of loot here, and in return, you let us walk away and tell the department we are either dead or under arrest.

Angela's negoitation skills are unknown.

Roll to discover negoitation skills: (the number rolled will be the number used in the next roll as the "limit")
Roll: 30

Angela is shit at negoitating.

Roll for success: 30% or below for success
Roll: 90

SWAT: GIVE US ALL THE LOOT, ALL THE HOSTAGES, ALL THE INFO, AND YOU ALL CAN WALK AWAY!
(The SWAT is somewhat corrupted by Angela, considering they would have requested arrest)

(When you want to appease the police/military, you will have to do bribes. Depending on your wanted level, you must offer more in order to have a better chance of getting away with what you want.)

Bribe the SWAT into letting you get away with the loot and unwanted: $300,000 (for guarantee of getting away, offering less will result in a dice roll that gets less favorable the less you offer. Anything less than $100,000 will definitely be denied)
Crimson Mafia vault: $496,361 (requires a CM mobster to be sent to HQ to get the money, 1 update delay)
All the forces can muster up to $10,000 from their pockets, and $100,000 more from the loot.

RE: Criminal Business [Weebs and Ragheads] - Communism - 11-22-2017

o.

shout out that we'll release the hostages if they cease fire, tell them that what happened (what we found, rather), and tell them to fuck off and let us keep some of the loot, they can confiscate what they want (suicide vests, the flag, anything else except guns n ammo and shit)

Angela: Trust me on this! This isn't just mosque! This is meeting place of ISIS cells in America! Even ISIS flag and suicide vests in a secret basement! We offer you take half of money, and all of thing that is no gun or ammo! In return, you let us walk out free, and no more civilian die!

Roll for success: 30%
Roll: 75

As news and police helicopters start to surround the ruined mosque, the SWAT squadron leader shouts back

SWAT: HOW MUCH MONEY?

Angela: YOU CAN GET UP TO $100,000.

SWAT: AND WHAT ARE THE OTHER THINGS THERE?
Angela: INFORMATION OF FUTURE ISIS ATTACKS IN AMERICA. BOMBS. LOTS OF BOMBS. PLENTY OF GUNS AND AMMO. WHAT YOU ARE STANDING ON IS THE LARGEST ISIS CELL IN AMERICA. I FIGURE YOU WILL WANT TO PUT THEM DOWN LIKE THE SICK DOGS THEY ARE.

Roll for success: 30%
Roll: 5

Well, finally the negotiations worked.

The Crimsons, Russians, and Jews lose $100,000, but gain about $600,000 (they lied to the SWAT about "half the money in the mosque") from the loot. They seize 60 AK-47's, 60 MP5s, and 120 Glock 18 pistols, as well as 50 packages of 7.62 ammo and 150 packages of 9mm ammo.
The SWAT take the rest of the loot, including some otherwise very lucrative drugs, homemade explosive devices, suicide vests, and intelligence on Alesaba and ISIS.
The hostages walk out free, yet widowed and fatherless since all the men were slaughtered.

Police Priority Level: 4 stars (SWAT is off your tail, but regular police and FBI will still try to fuck your shit up.)
Vigilante Priority Level: 5 stars (All vigilantes in the East Valley who are Muslim or pro-Muslim are going after you right now and will hunt down all of you by any means. They can sometimes be with remaining Alesaba members.)

Everyone agrees to meet at the Crimson Mafia HQ to split up the loot, but first they must lose the police and vigilantes, so they flee to Rim Country.

(I shall act for Genghis since he is inactive. If inactivity is prolonged, I will have his character killed)
UPDATE: he acted without this in consideration so this is voided.

Hitojo gets on his car and drives to AZ-87 to go on his way to Payson.

As he approaches Shea Blvd, he sees a large convoy, one of the vehicles being a military humvee, entering the highway, bewildering him.

He ignores it and moves onward to Payson. On his arrival at the abandoned buffet, he sees boarded up windows. Putting his ear on one of them, he hears the mechanical sounds of a printer. A slight hint of a strong odor hits his nose, disgusting him.

The katana isn't quite fit for breaking wood or glass.

The convoy splits, with each gang seperating to go hide out in the forest. They wait a lonnnng time, until it was practically nighttime, for attention to be away from them.

Police Priority Level: 0 stars
Vigilante Priority Level: 5 stars (vigilantes aren't stopped by anything, and will wait for yall to re-emerge)

By the next day, they roll back to the Crimson Mafia HQ.
Roll of Vigilante ambush: 40%
Roll: 32

6 vigilantes roll up in a truck and block off the convoy as soon as they reunited. 5 of them are armed with AK47s, and the sixth is armed with an AK47 WITH a Grenade Launcher attached.

The humvee sustained quite a bit of damage, losing 300 AP and 30 HP, but it made quick work of the vigilantes.
Humvee AP: 200/500
Humvee HP: 460/500

They return to the CM HQ before more vigilantes come.

Heist Success: Arizona Islamic Center
Gang War Success: Alesaba too weak to fight back.
Rewards:
- $500,000 net gain (-100k to bribe SWAT, +600k from looting)
- 60 AK47s
- 60 MP5s
- 120 Glock 18s
- 50 packages of 7.62 ammo
- 150 packages of 9mm ammo.
- Some SWAT squadrons may be more lenient on you because of the bribe.
However:
- You did not take control of the Arizona Islamic Center, nor did you take anything else from Alesaba, leaving it to the cops. This means you do not seize any Alesaba territory, fronts, or bases (since you did not take the intelligence).

Drugs, diplomacy, heist options will come later.

RE: Criminal Business [Weebs and Ragheads] - The Hoff - 11-22-2017

Welcome back to the Crimson Mafia HQ

Crimson Mafia Vault: $496,361

Heists:
Potential Heists within Fountain Hills:
Al Banchi's Italian
- Possibly a front for Luccis, Gambinis, or Loranzios. Whoever they turn out to work for, you will lose respect from them.
- Minimum Crew: 1
- Cost to conduct: $3000
- Requirements: None
- Potential allies: none. you are on your own.
- Rewards: All the money in Al Banchi's Italian.
Euromarket
- A front for the Ukrainian Bratva. You will lose Ukrainian Bratva respect for working for them
- Minimum Crew: 1
- Cost to conduct: $7000
- Requirements: None
- Potential Allies: Russian Bratva forces in Fountain Hills and nearby North Scottsdale are currenting fighting Ukrainian Bratva and will assist you.
- Rewards: All the money in Euromarket, maybe Ukrainian Bratva weapons, items, money, drugs, or plans.
Talking Stick Casino
- A large casino/resort, also doubling as the HQ of the Gambini Mafia in Phoenix. You will become a sworn enemy of the Gambini Mafia for life.
- Minimum Crew: 4 (one getaway driver/pilot, one hacker/breacher to break into any safes or vaults, atleast two gunmen)
- Cost to conduct: $20000
- Requirements: Heavy weaponry and armor to deal with the best of the Gambini Mafia and the police (either from black market, the best gunshop you can find, or from raiding a police station or military base). An armored vehicle (either a van, truck, or helicopter [helicopter must be from a hospital, police station, fire station, airport, or news station]) for the getaway, because expect the entirety of the Gambini Mafia to descend upon you. Lockpick and/or C4 (get both from black market) to breach into any vaults, safes, or other storages where loot and production will be at.
- Potential Allies: Russian Bratva, Romanian Mafia, and Loranzio Mafia may assist you.
- Rewards: Completely eliminate the Gambini Mafia: all their weapons, drugs, plans, money. Any businesses they had can be brought up by the Crimson Mafia.
If the Talking Stick Casino heist fails, it will probably be the end of the Crimson Mafia. That heist is huge risk, huge reward.

Go to other areas of the map (such as Scottsdale, Tempe, or go on Highway 87 to the Mogollon Rim or Mesa) for more heist opportunities.

(Note that the updates used to calculate those drug amounts exclude updates without Crimson Mafia actions)
Checking out the drug labs:
158 meth has been made. (around $1000-3000 per meth) [LEVEL 2]
224 LSD has been made. (around $2500 per LSD) [LEVEL 2]
17 Krokodil has been looted. Each Krokodil needle costs $4000-6000.
21 meth left over; 179 meth total. 224 LSD total. 17 Krokodil total.
Potential revenue: $68,000-102000 for Krokodil; $158,000-474,000 for meth; $560,000 for LSD. $786,000-1,136,000 TOTAL if all drugs are sold at their usual prices shown above.
You can attempt to set up the krokodil lab, but will be complete in 2 updates if all goes well, and if the blueprints aren't shit.

Checking out the money printers:
The one Regular Printer has printed $50,000, but requires maintanence (costs $2000, takes 10 turns)
You can attempt to set up the 3 Advanced Printers seized from Smak, but it will take an update for each printer to setup if all goes well.
Advanced Printer: Can print $7500 per update. Lasts 20 updates without maintenance. $40000, $4000 to maintain it

Fountain Hill locations:
State Highway 87 - either go to Mesa or to the Mogollon Rim: a rural forest and mountainous area with one decently-sized town called Payson and a few other villages.
Shea Blvd - go to South Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.
Bell Road - go to North Scottsdale, North Phoenix, and the West Valley.
Fort McDowell Road - go to Fort McDowell, and eventually Cave Creek.
Talking Stick Casino - Gambini Mafia HQ (Mission/favors not available as of now.)
Mayo Hospital - Heal yourself and your gang members back up.
Holiday Inn Express - have a good night's stay, strike up a new offer with the pro-Russian Bratva CEO, or bang a prostitute (a male one which is rare).
Bill's Guns And Ammo - a crappy gunshop. You are better off going to the Scottsdale Gun Club or even the black market, but atleast stuff here is certainly the cheapest.
Black Market - buy and sell illegal shit here.
Euromarket - buy food and drinks from Eastern Europe
Al Banchi's Italian - mama mia, buy-a crap-a Italian food!

Current allies:
Jewish Mob (gained by diplomacy, direct military and economic alliance)
Gambini Mafia (gained by diplomacy, indirect [aka mercenaries] military and economic alliance)
Russian Mafia (allies from the start due to common nationality of leaders, full alliance of all things)

Wild Cards:
White Bears (hostile to Jewish Mob AND Alesaba, pitting them against both an enemy and ally of the Crimson Mafia)

Romanian Mafia (in the middle of a civil war. Parts of the mafia are allied, and parts of them are hostile.)

Current potential enemies:
Lucci Mafia (well, it's a long story. Something to do with LSD.)

Current enemies:
Ukrainian Bratva (enemy of Russian Bratva, the CM's number 1 ally)
Alesaba (weakened by the AIC heist and to be weakened further by SWAT raids and alt-right groups, but remnants can still attack CM at any oppurtunity)

Now here's the question of splitting up the loot.
There's $500,000, 60 AK47s, 60 MP5s, 120 Glock 18s, 50 packages of 7.62 ammo, and 150 packages of 9mm waiting to be split up.
Note that "the cut" refers to ALL the loot: money, guns, ammo.

The Jewish Mob demands atmost 20% of the cut, out of admittance that they weren't involved as much as the CM or RB.
The Russian Bratva demands 40% of the cut, since they are equal to the Crimson Mafia in setting up and executing the heist.
This can leave the Crimson Mafia with just 40% of the cut.

The Jewish Mob are fragile ally-wise, since they were gained via diplomacy. The Russian Bratva can better tolerate a significant reduction of their cut, yet it is still not advised even for the CM's top 1 ally.

RE: Criminal Business [Weebs and Ragheads] - Communism - 11-23-2017

just that split percent is fine
repair the humvee if possible, set up the printers
gather the drugs and store them until the coast is clear

what can we do to get rid of the vigilantes?

the vigilante level will decay if you stay in safehouses (such as the HQ or allied bases) or stay away from heavily-populated areas that you may have recently done crimes at.

update will come later.
