Warden games that you despise

I feel like we should rethink duck hunt to make it more exciting. Maybe make all prisoners dive into the water at a specified time and have all the guards attempt to snipe them once they begin to descend. I dunno

Not exactly a game but when warden's spend the first minute coming up with a gimmick for the round. It doesn't really add anything imo.
