Who does accept/decline the suggestion's / mod apps?

Who does accept/decline the suggestion's/mod applications?
Just curious.

The moderator applications are usually reviewed in the staff channel of the server's discord in which we all read the application as well as the applicants previous offenses and then we vote. There are some circumstances in which the super admins approve applications outside these reviews as they can already trust those applicants. As for suggestions I think Super Admins can implement them but the final say comes down to Crown and Niblic.

Yeah, Crown already reviewed some apps by himself, and then we got Queeba.
