Backstory:
 -Multiple skilled criminals from the USSR and early Russia post-reform banded together and moved to America looking for jobs in crime.  Their numbers and reputation grew in time.
 -The original crime boss, Borislav Igor, robbed corner stores and small banks, but slowly led up to their current robberies, such as robbing large bank branches, casinos, and even at some times PMC bases.
