A mob of Jewish gangsters have arisen, with pockets of territory scattered across Phoenix. The massively-Jewish community of Waddell is the new homeland of the Mob, although other Jewish ethnic pockets elsewhere are now under firm control of the Jewish Mob (JM). Those pockets tend to have fronts and/or bases for the Jewish mob to conduct their operations. It was strange for such a previously-irrelevant gang to suddenly own multiple well-run bases, one can wonder who could have propped them up...

Some Vietnamese gangsters were fed up of their treatment in the Ke-chan Triad, when they were shafted in favor of the Chinese majority of the Triad. They left and joined the Tran Boys (TB). Previously, the Tran Boys was a small, very localized gang in North Glendale, who were previously known for running a front for laundering and trading opium and heroin. The refugees carve up available territory near wherever they live in the name of the Tran Boys and have started to take control of Vietnamese-run parlors and restaurants in those new territories and converting them to fronts and bases. The Ke-Chans and the Trans are on the brink of war over this crisis.

The Brotherhood of the Ghetto has moved into central Glendale, previously not a part of any major gang. Central Glendale was a "confederation" of sorts of Black and Hispanic gangs that were so small and irrelevant that they didn't appear on the map at all! The BOTG either convinced those gangs to join them or eradicated them.

(It seems that the two of us will have to eliminate the gang from the entire city. Do you have any Chechen, Central Asian, Bosnian, or Albanian mecernaries?)

Gang War Initated: The Reverse-Jihad
Russian Bratva, Crimson Mafia vs Alesaba
The Russian Bratva will start by using Chechen prisoners as suicide bombers disguised as Alesaba members to pluck into a crowded attraction, such as the stadiums in Downtown, Glendale, or Tempe, to emulate a false flag terrorist attack to rally the majority of the gangs and the police against Alesaba. Once the attack is carried out or attempted, the Crimson Mafia may begin their attacks.

After the talking, Angela sends a diplomat to talk with the Romanian Mafia. After that, a truck pulls over, and some Jewish mobsters unload multiple shipments of weapons.

The diplomat talks to the Romanian mafia about potential fronts, farms, or bases to buy up, or if they need any help.
Two diplomats respond to the Romanian mafia, both stating that the gang is divided between supporting the Ukrainians and Luccis or the Russians and Loranzios. The diplomat asks for the pro-Ukrainian diplomat to leave the room. He refused and he was shot dead.
Uneasy negotiations resulted in the pro-Russian faction of the Romanian Mafia to be funded $100,000 in preperation to secede from the pro-Ukrainian majority of the mafia.

The diplomat returns and reports that the Romanian Mafia is about to experience a split, hastened by funding of the faction that is friendly to the interests of the Russian and Crimson mafias.

- Potential Allies: Russian Bratva forces in Fountain Hills and nearby North Scottsdale are currenting fighting Ukrainian Bratva and will assist you.
- Rewards: All the money in Euromarket, maybe Ukrainian Bratva weapons, items, money, drugs, or plans.
Talking Stick Casino
- A large casino/resort, also doubling as the HQ of the Gambini Mafia in Phoenix. You will become a sworn enemy of the Gambini Mafia for life.
- Minimum Crew: 4 (one getaway driver/pilot, one hacker/breacher to break into any safes or vaults, atleast two gunmen)
- Cost to conduct: $20000
- Requirements: Heavy weaponry and armor to deal with the best of the Gambini Mafia and the police (either from black market, the best gunshop you can find, or from raiding a police station or military base). An armored vehicle (either a van, truck, or helicopter [helicopter must be from a hospital, police station, fire station, airport, or news station]) for the getaway, because expect the entirety of the Gambini Mafia to descend upon you. Lockpick and/or C4 (get both from black market) to breach into any vaults, safes, or other storages where loot and production will be at.
- Potential Allies: Russian Bratva, Romanian Mafia, and Loranzio Mafia may assist you.
- Rewards: Completely eliminate the Gambini Mafia: all their weapons, drugs, plans, money. Any businesses they had can be brought up by the Crimson Mafia.
If the Talking Stick Casino heist fails, it will probably be the end of the Crimson Mafia. That heist is huge risk, huge reward.

Go to other areas of the map (such as Scottsdale, Tempe, or go on Highway 87 to the Mogollon Rim or Mesa) for more heist opportunities.

Pile of Parts 2 can upgrade meth labs, weed labs, and cocaine labs. Whatever if it was a scam or not is yet to be determined.

The Jewish Mob approaches you with another piece of intelligence that the Lucci Mafia are setting up LSD farms as he speaks, and the Crimson Mafia's monopoly on LSD will be lost once they are complete. They estimate that the farms will be complete within a week (10 updates).

State Highway 87 - either go to Mesa or to the Mogollon Rim: a rural forest and mountainous area with one decently-sized town called Payson and a few other villages.
Shea Blvd - go to South Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.
Bell Road - go to North Scottsdale, North Phoenix, and the West Valley.
Fort McDowell Road - go to Fort McDowell, and eventually Cave Creek.
Talking Stick Casino - Gambini Mafia HQ (Mission available. Send Angela and not risk wasting a character slot, create a new character for the mission and not risk getting the leader dead, or just send some NPC and risk not getting in the action and failure out of your control)
Mayo Hospital - Heal yourself and your gang members back up.
Holiday Inn Express - have a good night's stay, strike up a new offer with the pro-Russian Bratva CEO, or bang a prostitute (a male one which is rare).
Bill's Guns And Ammo - a crappy gunshop. You are better off going to the Scottsdale Gun Club or even the black market, but atleast stuff here is certainly the cheapest.
