Buyer 3: Wants: $4000, 5 Veprs|Will Give: A Golden AK-47 and a Golden Desert Eagle
Buyer 4: Wants: All Fort-12s|Will Give: $8000
Buyer 5: Wants: 10 Veprs, 20 Fort-12s, $20000|Will Give: A PKM and RPD, some smuggled Romanian Mafia plans
Buyer 6: Wants: 15 Veprs|Will Give: 20 cocaine bags

Dimitri's cash: $15550

You can attempt negoitation to change those offers, but since Dimitri is weak at charisma and his negotiation skills are unknown, there is a low chance of convincing them.

Alternatively, you can ignore all these buyers and look for something else.

Keep in mind that the black market is different in every location, so don't expect to find the same things here as in other black markets.
