And also a suggestion: You should dedicate a turn to each mealtime (probably not breakfast), so that there is a chance for students of any class and year to communicate with one another easily.
Currently all phones are wired. Wireless communication is hardly a thing yet, essentially limited to radio. The Bank of Hotagi would certainly have access to better communication technologies than the public, but the bank is under the authority of the monarchy.
I'm not adding another turn for lunch because days are already going to take a long time. You can currently talk and do things with any students you'd like during the evening (Period 4). If you must, you may choose to talk to someone at lunch by specifying what to do after class time in Period 1.
