Heck myself no you are only supposed to have 6 to distribute and stats start at 0
Edit: I figured that 6 points isn't enough so now you have 12 - basically your stats should add up to 12 so if you can update it thanks I'm bad at editing and format and grammar

Strength 2
Charisma: 2
Accuracy: 2

of course minmaxing is fine
