Leader of Crimson Mafia executed

YUMA, AZ - Yesterday evening, the Arizona State Prison Complex in Yuma has pronounced Angela Varya, a former leader of the Phoenix chapter of the international crime syndicate, the Crimson Mafia, dead after execution by fatal injection at 10:15PM. Last year, she was sentenced to death along with a rogue ex-marine, Brandon Haggard, for attempted theft of a military humvee, for the murder of several US Marines, and for the possession of military-grade weaponry.
      Under Varya's leadership, the Crimson Mafia had a meth empire all over Arizona, the likes of which have never been seen in the state ever since the death of notable meth kingpin Heisenburg in neighboring New Mexico in 2010. They also assaulted numerous businesses and banks, some of which owned by rival gangs. Such a course has led to a quick rise in power out of seemingly nothing. Since the incarceration of Varya, numerous SWAT raids completely weakened the syndicate's economy, with druglabs busted, and even with the syndicate's possible headquarters in Fountain Hills completely cleared out.
