Inside the safe is a Golden AK47. It is complete with some attachments, such as a bayonet, a silencer, and a scope. Below it is an M16, an M14, and a SPAS-12, all of which are also decked out in attachments.

Upon closer examination, the Golden AK47 appears to have the name of Boris Kolashkev stitched into it.

Suddenly, he is getting Vietnam flashbacks to when he talked with Sergei and Vadim about the fall of the New York chapter of the Russian Bratva.

The flashbacks...... they have completely overwhelmed Borislav. An fury incomparable to any other that he had in his life has taken him over. Despite never knowing or seen Boris Kolashkev, or the numerous raids on the Russian Bratva done by the Garfield brothers in New York, his allegiance and his loyalty to the Russian Bratva has never been stronger.

But as he breaks free from the meltdown, he realizes... he has no lockpick. This is the point of no return. He can not summon any more Russian Bratva men without jeopardizing his mission, and the safes' contents are glorious. He has just a Makarov and a kitchen knife, and a SPAS-12 in the car.. versus three men who have personally killed numerous gangsters AND their leaders, and with literal war machines in their disposal.

Talking Stick Casino
- A large casino/resort, also doubling as the HQ of the Gambini Mafia in Phoenix. You will become a sworn enemy of the Gambini Mafia for life.
- Minimum Crew: 4 (one getaway driver/pilot, one hacker/breacher to break into any safes or vaults, atleast two gunmen)
- Cost to conduct: $300,000 (bumped up since you are too rich)
- Requirements: Heavy weaponry and armor to deal with the best of the Gambini Mafia and the police (either from black market, the best gunshop you can find, or from raiding a police station or military base). An armored vehicle (either a van, truck, or helicopter [helicopter must be from a hospital, police station, fire station, airport, or news station]) for the getaway, because expect the entirety of the Gambini Mafia to descend upon you. Lockpick and/or C4 (get both from black market) to breach into any vaults, safes, or other storages where loot and production will be at.
- Potential Allies: Russian Bratva, Romanian Mafia, and Loranzio Mafia may assist you. Maybe Lucci Mafia.
- Rewards: Completely eliminate the Gambini Mafia: all their weapons, drugs, plans, money. Any businesses they had can be brought up by the Crimson Mafia.
If the Talking Stick Casino heist fails, it can severely damage the Crimson Mafia. That heist is huge risk, huge reward.

Go to other areas of the map (such as Scottsdale, Tempe, or go on Highway 87 to the Mogollon Rim or Mesa) for more heist opportunities or to buy more fronts.
There are a couple of heist opportunities in Scottsdale and North Phoenix.

Wells Fargo and other banks introduce new drastic security measures
Last month, a terrible bank robbery occurred at a Wells Fargo bank in Fountain Hills, Arizona. The robbers used a military humvee to ram into the entrance, destroying the front walls and doors and killing dozens. They also used a drill to open up the safe. The guards were easily killed due to their lack of training and lack of equipment suitable to deal with the more heavily-armed and armored bank robbers. The heist was a huge PR disaster for Wells Fargo, as about $800,000 has been lost from the bank, jeopardizing bank accounts in the area. 

The US military, in conjunction with the FBI, is conducting an investigation to the origin behind the humvee used in the robbery.

Today, the CEO of Wells Fargo, Timothy J. Sloan, spoke about some large security reforms to be applied to Wells Fargo banks. New banks will be constructed with much sturdier construction. All Wells Fargo banks, new and old, will be outfitted with unbreakable glass, security guards armed with shotguns and kevlar, and sturdier safes. Banks are pressured to conduct these reforms or risk foreclosure.

Lately, ISIS has been weakening greatly in Syria and Iraq, about to lose control of Mosul and Raqqa. However, there are still terrorist cells in Europe and the United States owned by ISIS, and SWAT's raid on the Arizona Islamic Center, a staging point for ISIS's Phoenix cell, confirms that fear even more.

The SWAT have confiscated an ISIS flag, bombs, guns, money, and drugs. They were able to clear everyone affiliated with the cell.

The cell, which was nicknamed "Alesaba", was behind the string of attacks in Downtown Phoenix and the Westgate entertainment district in Glendale on September 11th, 2017, right on the 16th anniversary of the original 9/11 attacks in 2001. Those attacks, due to less fatalities and its timing, has earned the nickname 9/11 Lite. Two of the three suspects that were arrested or killed were Chechens with connections to the cell. The third suspect is still on the loose.

Developments on stolen humvee case
A military humvee has been used in two large events last month, at a heist at Wells Fargo in Fountain Hills, as well as showing up at the Arizona Islamic Center (AIC) during the SWAT raid on the recently-discovered ISIS cell. The US Military has launched an investigation on the origin of the stolen humvee.

Many theorized that the ISIS cell, nicknamed "Alesaba" by some, had owned the humvee, suggesting that either ISIS is able to raid US military bases or there are actual ISIS agents in the US military that bring vehicles and weapons back to ISIS. The main point of evidence for that theory is because the humvee was used to gun down SWAT during their raid on the AIC.

However, the US Military has published a paper online yesterday, discovering the humvee's serial number to be HV5325432. They have also stated that "it was not an ISIS agent who could have possibly possessed the humvee." Witnesses at the Wells Fargo bank robbery reported that a Caucasian male with an American accent was the one using the humvee's machine guns on police and citizens. If the Caucasian male story is true, than there is a possibility of a third party involved in the AIC raid, further backed up by photographs of white gangsters being present at the raid, possibly Neo-Nazi groups.

The US military has begun searching their archives for a member, current or former, who share the same characteristics as the driver reported at the AIC raid and Wells Fargo robbery. However, some anonymous Marines have published their accounts of Humvee HV5325432 to the US Military.

After reading the story, Angela assembles three soldiers, all armed with AK47s and Five Sevens (Golden Deagle for Angela), in the same fashion as with the Euromarket heist. The group of four head to Brandon's house in Cave Creek.

Mission for Brandon Haggard: Retreat!

Angela and her three soldiers arrive at Brandon's house. The humvee is not in the driveway. 

They knock on the door. Brandon opens up, with two buffed men behind his back.

Angela: I heard you need help hiding the humvee?

Brandon: Yes. It seems the marines that I used to be in boot camp with figured out that I stole the humvee. I need to hide it!

Angela: Ok where?

Brandon: I know a lot of fellow ex-marines who left with me up in Payson. They run a base and everything up there, just like you do.

Angela: So you have a whole gang in Payson? Interesting.

Brandon: Yea, and I figured the humvee with be safer in their hands.

Angela: Who are these guys in the back?

Brandon steps out of the way. There is a young black marine and a middle-aged white sergeant. 

Black Marine: 'Sup, babe? You sound foreign as fuck, dude.

Angela: I am Russian.

White Sergeant: My father hated Russians. The Cold War had too much of him.

Brandon: Stop your bickering, we ain't got time! We must go!

Angela: But where is humvee? The garage look too small for the humvee.

Brandon: It's hidden in a garage in Mesa. We gotta get there quick. Me and my buddies will ride in our car. You and you three guys will escort us.

Brandon gives Angela a walkie-talkie.

Brandon: Report us any important information on the way to garage, and then on the way to Payson. Understood? But just remember to follow my lead, I know where it is.

Current Mission Objectives:
- Escort Brandon to his friend's garage in Mesa.
- Retrieve the humvee and safely take it to a base of Brandon's fellow ex-marine criminals in Payson.
- DO NOT LOSE BRANDON.
