Crimson Mafia, the third "Slavic" gang that is a Bratva-wannabe, takes over Fountain Hills, since its founders live there. They also splice up a little bit of Sunnyslope territory to be next to their main ally, the Russian Bratva.
The Stang Gang in Phoenix rename themselves as Crips in an unanimous agreement within the gang. "That Stang name was stupid as fuck. We tried to hide from our haters with that name, but they caught on. Plus the rest of our guys in the US are Crips, not Stangies..." the leaders have reported to have said.

It seems there there has been some arms deal occurring when the store got robbed.

Henrik wonders around the bar of the White Bear's southern HQ. The gang's informant and enforcers are sitting around, downing whiskey and beer.

One of the enforcers, Johnathon "Big Johnson" Gustavo, speaks up.

Big Johnson: Hey Arnold, where's your bike?

Henrik: I don't know. Do you have any idea?

The informant, William "Slick Willy" Benson, answers.

Slick Willy: Boss, those spics near us have it.

Henrik: Oh, those so-called Princes of a fucking slumhole that those spics and niggers ruined, I can't say THE DAMN NAME ITS IN MEXICAN!

A third enforcer, half-Hispanic, looks at Henrik displeased. His name is Jose "Jumper" Varino.

Jumper: It's called Guadalupe, cracker. Also yo habla Espanol, no es "Mexicano."

The Rise of the Crimson Mafia

Gangs created by players start with $50,000 in the gang's "vault" that can be used to buy up fronts, farms, or factories to make shit to sell, to buy stuff and prepare for heists, or to pay their way through the intricate criminal underworld of Arizona.

Al Banchi's Italian at Fountain Hills. Rumor has it that Al Banchi is either a Loranzio, Lucci, or Gambini. [$4000 to buy for full control of the front, $2000 to aid and gain the owner's gang as an ally but can't control the front.]

Euromarket - a European-style corner store. [$5000]

Farmland north of Fountain Hills - can be used for drug farms or for holding hostages. [$1000 for land, $8000-20000 to set up a drug farm that will produce more than a drug farm in the office building, but is less well-hidden.]

Holiday Inn Express - a Holiday Inn Franchise in Fountain Hills, with the manager of the franchise originating from Serbia. Can be used as a front for prostitution or for private arms/drug deals. [$25000]

Recently-opened office building - can be used as an HQ, as a storage, or an alternative drug farm. [$8000, $1000-$13000 to set up a drug farm that is better hidden, but will not produce as much as the farmland.)
