There is currently a firefight going on between the Romanian Mafia and, well, the Romanian Mafia. Some of them have clothes with white replacing yellow.
Angela has seen the civil war in the Romanian Mafia first hand.
She steps out with her six bodyguards, and approach a wounded Romanian with white clothes.

Wounded Romanian: So - the guys in white - they are rebelling against the Romanian boss Armand - under the command of the underboss -- Mita.
Angela: Last I heard from the Russians, the rebels were in the East, right?
Wounded Romanian: We are taking the fight - to the loyalists' land - And you are an ally of the Russians - yes?
Angela: That is true.
Wounded Romanian: Fuck yea... - help the rest of us - inside. Shoot yellows, - don't shoot whites.
The voice of the Wounded Romanian gets more raspy.
Wounded Romanian's HP: 8/100 (DYING - 1 HP LOST PER ACTION, AVERT BY HEALING HIM ABOVE 30 HP OR BY USING STIMPACKS)

US 60 - go to I-10 in South Tempe or to Apache Junction, East Mesa, and the eastern parts of Arizona.
AZ 87 - go to Fountain Hills and West Mesa or to South Chandler and I-10 on the way to Tucson
Chandler Blvd - Go to Gilbert or Santan
AZ 202 - go to I-10, AZ 101, or to Santan. Eventually meets US 60 and loops through Mesa and Tempe to Downtown.
AZ 101 - go to Tempe and Scottsdale. Eventually goes to northern and western neigjborhoods
Chandler Fashion Square - visit to see all the places to rob
Mayo Chandler - heal up
Black market - if you have been reading this game you prob know what this is by now
Shooters Dream - some hole in the wall gunstore
Chandler PD - the Chandler police department.

hello. if you happened to come back to this dead forum to re-read my forum games, i.e. The Vigilante, Infinity Tower, Criminal Business (for nostalgia?), you are out of luck. I saved each game to my computer in PDF form. Needless to say, these forum games are probably deleted. However, if you pm me on Discord (Oh shit, he#4107), I might be able to give them to you.
