Did you happen to take a screencap or something; I don't make joke bans like that on jailbreak ever so that doesn't seem right.
Anyways back on topic a lot of things glitched out on the map when loaded on JB but we've gotten most of the issues out of the way, the remaining problems mostly being some named brick conflicts with the existing maps.
