Jarret: I am assuming you are rescuing my brother Aaron?

Police Officer: We don't know the whole situation right now.

Jarret: ehh.....

Jarret quickly rushes inside.

There is a scared clerk at the desk up front in the lobby. Every hallway leading out (west, northwest, northeast, southeast) looks the same.

The police are doing nothing. They don't know where to go.

Aaron quickly looks around the room he was stuck in for hours. He notices an alarm button, yet he is still tied up to the chair.

A. Untie yourself
B. Press the alarm button.
C. A then B
D. A then escape the room.

Noticing that the chair is metallic, he knows it can't be easily broken.

He notices a knife on a nearby table. He hops on the chair and picks the knife up with his mouth. Very carefully, he opens one of his hands and lowers the knife there. The rope on the arm that is carrying the knife has been sawed through. One arm free. He does the same to the rope on his other arm, the rope on his legs, and the rope wrapped around his torso and the chair. He is now free and armed with just a knife.

He presses the alarm button.

Trump Village P.A.: Emergency situation in Room 245!

One of the police officers grabs a map and finds the location of Room 245. The police start to follow that officer's lead.

Jarret also grabs a map. As he was about to go up the stairs, he gets a call from Grigori.

Grigori: Why are police here, Jarret?

Jarret: They think you are part of Bratva!

Grigori: My father will be angry. I mean very angry.

The call ends.

Jarret starts thinking about the brief call with Grigori. He rushes to sit down on a bench.....

Welcome to Zhenya's Meat Shop.
Brighton Beach Ave, Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, New York

Jarret was 19 or 20 years old. He is waiting around at the cashier in the butcher shop in Brighton Beach that he works at, Zhenya's Meat Shop, or as he knew it in a way he never understood until he started taking Russian classes: Женя М'ясо Mагазин, Zhenya M'yaso Mahazin.

His boss, Zhenya Skrebnevich, walks downstairs joyfully.

Zhenya: Jarret, moya krashchyy pratsivnyk! Great job yesterday! It was especially important day yesterday.

Jarret: What?

Zhenya: It was anniversary of Ukrainian independence day. It was country I was born in, country my two sons Grigori and Artyom were raised in! Moya ukraina! Slava ukraina! Point is, you did great job handling crowd that went along for Ukrainian Independence Day sale! Overall, I say you are krashchyy bodyguard I ever had!

Jarret: Yea, thanks.

Zhenya: Now let's meet at my home.

Jarret and Zhenya drive along to an apartment complex in Manhattan.

Welcome to Zhenya's apartment.

Jarret was surprised that despite Zhenya being an immigrant father of two sons, he had a huge and luxurious apartment.

He was lead to a great office. One way leads to a bedroom, the other goes to a bathroom. There is a bodyguard in black and red wielding a Kalashnikov in every corner of the room.

Bodyguard 1: Khto vin?

Zhenya (to Bodyguard 1): Vin nash novyy chlen ukrayinsʹkoho bratva.

Bodyguard 2: Vin ne ukrayinsʹkyy!

Zhenya (to Bodyguard 2): Vin ne povynen buty ukrayinsʹkyy. Vin maye velykyy potentsial. Vsi vy zatknutysya.

Zhenya (to Jarret): I know you could be a little bit violent as a bodyguard of my shop, but it matters little. In fact, is what you need for promotion.

Jarret: What?

Zhenya: Now I must admit. That meat shop? It is front. I run one of the greatest Bratvas in town. Ukrainian Bratva is ever so glorious. If you wish to atleast be an associate of the Bratva, it will do you well. Think about it, the Bratva is why I am wealthy. I not poor meat shop owner stuck in Brighton Beach in reality, I rich mob boss living in the glorious part of New York.

Jarret: Cool. So What?

Zhenya: If you wish to be ally of Ukrainian Bratva, you will have to do some great, dangerous tasks that you are not used to. However, if you are in danger, you have a lot of people to help.

One of Zhenya's sons, Grigori, walks into the office mid-sentence.

Zhenya:  In the end, you will achieve lots of wealth. Chy ne tak, Hryhoriy?

Grigori: Tak.

Jarret: Wait, I am so damn confused!?!

Zhenya: Relax. If you don't wish, you will stay in same poor dead-end job you have as bodyguard. Not much for you when you are a nothing. Be thankful you work for me of all people.

Jarret: To join seems risky.

Zhenya: Ah yes, it is. Huge risk, huger reward... (to Grigori) ye te, yak vy tse hovoryte?

Grigori: kazaty 'bigger'.

Zhenya: Big risk, bigger reward. Quite the thrill.

Jarret: Sign me up. Is there any oath I have to take?

Zhenya: Yes. Usually, recruits, if they are Ukrainian, had to say oath in Ukrainian. You, being American, can say in English.

Jarret: Alright.

Zhenya: I'm a member of the Skrebnevich Bratva.

Jarret: I'm a member of the Skrebnevich Bratva.

Zhenya: And I swear to God

Jarret: And I swear to God

Zhenya: That I will prove undying loyality

Jarret: That I will prove undying loyality

Zhenya: Glory to the Bratva.

Jarret: Glory to the Bratva.

Zhenya: And Glory to the man Zhenya.

Jarret: And Glory to the man Zhenya.

Silence.

Zhenya: If you were wondering what it was in Ukrainian....

Grigori: Ya chlen Skrebnevich Brat'va, i ya klyanusʹ Bohom, shcho ya budu dovesty bezsmertnu loyalʹnistʹ. Slava Bratva i Slava do pakhan Zhenya!

Zhenya (to Grigori): Vidminno! Teper iditʹ spaty.

Grigori leaves the room.

Zhenya: Well, you are now shestyorka. However, bad things will happen if you disprove loyalty, tak?

Jarret: Yes. Goodnight, Zhenya.

Zhenya: (clears throat) Pakhan Zhenya.

Jarret: Goodnight, Pakhan Zhenya.

Jarret leaves the building as a new man.

Welcome to the Trump Village.

Jarret remembers the "bad things" that Zhenya, Grigori's dad, can carry out on him, as well as all the protection and wealth he can lose.

But hey, the police might get Aaron, he thought. He has to get him. He gets up and examines the map.

Some Russian voices start cursing. There are yebats and blyats and govnos being tossed around verbally, even one Politsiya.

Aaron is waiting by the door with a knife, in case one of them is going in to execute him.

Reminder: You can pick multiple or none of them.
A. Wait until someone comes in to get a kill.
B. Leave the room and find a way out of the building.
C. Leave the room and try to clear the entire area of Russian Bratva.

You leave the room. To your left is the kitchen, where one Russian Bratva soldat is busy drinking vodka. There is also a front door. To your right is a sort of living room. There is a radio playing a song about "being a soldier in a god-damned country." Turns out you were interrogated in a decrepit laundry room.

(You can pick more than one option or none of them and post your own choice)
A. Go to the kitchen and ambush the drunk soldat.
B. Go to the living room and examine.
C. Rush to the front door.

You run at the soldat while he is wobbling around with an empty bottle of vodka on one hand.

Seeing you running at him with a knife, he snaps back, and swings the bottle on your shoulder.
