The guard's ID card got all info about the guard, while the sample one is the uncompiled version of it. (you can make a fake ass ID card)

c. put on the guard uniform, hide the body somewhere, then once it is hidden somewhere good dash to the armory and attempt to open it

if it won't open go find a guard with access to armory and beat the shit out of him with the baton

Meanwhile Communism hides the body in a good spot. He puts on his uniform goes to armory and attempts to open it with his keycard.
