NEW ITEM: Wire Cutter
Description: It can cut wires and fences.
Disadvantages: Since it has no tape that covers the handle or something, there's a 10% chance that you get hurt by using this.
You can resolve it by adding tape that covers the handle.
Damage formula: 9 + (Strength + Roll (Depends from the strength. More strength you have, more you can roll.). 
EXAMPLE: Bob has 5 strength, and he attacks one with this. He can roll up to 5, so he rolled 4. 5+9+4=14. He deals 14 damage.
Quality: 100% (It loses 10% everytime it's used.)

NEW ITEM: Sharp Dagger 
Description: Just a sharp dagger, nothing else.
Disadvantages: Since it has no tape that covers the handle or something, there's a 10% chance that you get hurt by using this.
You can resolve it by adding tape that covers the handle.
Damage Formula: 15 + (Strength + Agility + Roll 10).
Quality: 100% (It loses 15% everytime you damage someone with this)

Communism can choose to give back the product to Sherif or keep it.
What should he do?
A. Give to the sherif the items
B. Keep em.
