Sherif has the highest stealth, so once he is free, give him all the loot. Then he will hide the loot accordingly:

ID Card goes to the cell of whoever looks the most similar to the dead guard
Clean Guard Uniform goes to Khan's cell, since he is charismatic enough to fool guards away just in case
Either Sherif or Khan can have the Low-Rank Keycard hidden in their cells.

c. put on the guard uniform, hide the body somewhere, then once it is hidden somewhere good dash to the armory and attempt to open it
if it won't open go find a guard with access to armory and beat the shit out of him with the baton
