Ava Human doesn't want that skill, ava wants no skills and try to get rid of the skill and tries to stay away from as many people as she can and this time she doesn't go to class, and decides to not drag genghis khan to the dorms, knock him out and then take him and try to send him off to her family because she can. after she is done she goes and just stares at a wall in the classroom poking it.
actually she thinks genghis khan is a big walking piece of food so she wants her family to eat him

But do students have their own phones all the time? If not, is there some electronics store?

Currently all phones are wired. Wireless communication is hardly a thing yet, essentially limited to radio. The Bank of Hotagi would certainly have access to better communication technologies than the public, but the bank is under the authority of the monarchy.
I'm not adding another turn for lunch because days are already going to take a long time. You can currently talk and do things with any students you'd like during the evening (Period 4). If you must, you may choose to talk to someone at lunch by specifying what to do after class time in Period 1.
